Professional indemnity

Professional indemnity insurance in the construction insurance sector is a specialist subject and we boast expertise beyond the conventional insurance broking markets. With experience in Appointment Agreements, Novation and Assignation and the reviewing of Collateral warranties, contracting and consultancy firms should not consider this cover to be less important than their other covers.

1. We underwrite a Design and Construct policy in Lloyd's of London on a binding authority basis; and

2. We access certain other underwriters who offer bespoke solutions for primary and excess of loss for engineering consultancies and contracting firms
