iConstruct

iConstruct is our own trademarked insurance policy for contractors operating in the building industry and allied trades, domicile in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Cover can be extended to include contracting work undertaken world-wide. Underwritten at Lloyd's and in the London Market.

This page is for our iConstruct policy which is underwritten at Lloyd's. It comes in two styles:

1. iConstruct - all the covers a contractor might require include property, liability, contract works and plant

2. iConstruct GL - just the liability, contract works and plant

3. iConstruct Essentials - for those risks not requiring any amendments to our wording, lower risk at competitive rates
